Andy has owned Red Victor since 1982 and has been drag racing with the car since 1988. He's won a multitude of races in all different classes and travelled to the USA,Canada and Europe with the car. He's also raced in Top methanol dragster! Now he his taking the ultimate step in doorslammer racing in 2011 with Red Victor 3. Yes,it's Pro Modified time,and still with a street legal car!

Tuner : Shane Tecklenburg

As we have gone to a MoTeC M800 EFI system there was only one man for the job of tuning. His vast experience with twin turbocharged cars meant that him tuning the new car was a no brainer.He is able to not only tune the car whilst he's here but remotely from his base in California,USA!!

Wil, an IT guru from Worcester, bizarrely nicknamed "the wil-o-pedia", has been around Drag Racing for a comparatively short time but is quick to learn.. Crew Chief : Tony Grayston

As we're all concerned with speed in the RV1 team, and whilst he's off duty Tony takes his racing safety very seriously.....

So,when taking his daily driver hot rod up the track he always makes sure he's suitably attired in the "latest" piss pot helmet model.

He even takes the Billy Bob teeth out as an extra precaution...he he.

Deb is the general manager of the team.She sorts out everything that goes on in the background and does a mighty fine job of it too. I got her to come to the start line once,but she didn't like it.Maybe this year she'll be brave enough to be there...

Crew : Gary Frost

My youngest and the most interested in cars.I haven't managed to take away his enthusiasm from all thing motorised,he's even taking a C+G level 1 motor vehicle course! Now he is 18 he's looking forward to getting his hands dirty helping out in all team duties,except driving....at the moment!

Crew : Arthur Stuffins

Arthur is an ex aerospace engineer who has a good working background in things technical and mechanical. He's also worked on blown methanol engines,and been around the drag race scene so he's an ideal man for the job.

Crew : Rob "Henchman" Kearns

As his nickname suggests Rob is the teams "minder". He helps in all sorts of ways,putting his hand to just about any team duty.Best of all he's great for team morale.....

Crew : Jake Grayston

Welcome to Jake, our newest crew member. Son of Crew Chief Tony, he has started to learn the ways of crewing on a Pro Mod car. 

Easter was his debut and he did very well indeed. If he does as well as the "old man" then we're onto a winner!
